ARC offers four unique presentations designed to fit the needs of your school:

Programs for Students

Substance Education Programs: These 60-minute presentations are designed to educate middle and high school students about the risks associated with substance use. The presenters, with lived experience, combine their personal stories in the presentation to show the true impact substances can have not only on the person using them, but on those around them. We offer three different focuses:

·       Vape education – covers vaping both nicotine and marijuana

·       Marijuana education – covers the risks of teen marijuana use

·       Alcohol and drug education – briefly touches on the substances commonly abused by teens – vaping, alcohol, marijuana, prescription medications and heroin

This presentation can be held in-person or virtually.

ARC Youth Presentation in Movie Format - The YC speakers have been traveling the Midwest since 2012, sharing raw and compelling personal stories of the power of choices when it comes to substance abuse. With the desire to increase both the reach and impact of these stories, they were created into a movie. This movie can be shown in classrooms, auditoriums, treatment centers and can be watched as a family at home. Learn from the experiences of those who made choices to use substances, those who were impacted by someone’s choice to use, and those who didn’t. Watch the trailer to learn more:
